Our Student Support Services team are here to offer free and confidential support for any study challenge, issue or question you may have at any time during your studies at TAFE.
Whether you need help with writing an assignment, support while you’re in class to have someone interpret your teacher, or how to structure an assignment – the team are here to support you stay on track throughout your studies, achieve your educational goals, engage in student life and get career ready.
There’s a heap they can help with:
- Career support (to empower you to develop your career skills)
- Financial support (including budgeting, referrals to external networks, access to scholarships etc.)
- Personal support (to help lighten the load of mental health concerns, out-of-school concerns and study or course related pressures)
- Referrals to external services (to help you achieve the best possible mental health, whatever age and wherever you live)
Additionally, if you’re a student with a physical, medical or mental condition, you can have the support of a Disability Liaison Officer who can help you make reasonable adjustments. We encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you can after enrolling so we can help organise any necessary support.

Studiosity – free, online study support
If you prefer to work on your assignment from home and get help online, you’re going to love Studiosity. Studiosity provides free, online advice from expert tutors to help you with assignment and study questions, whether that be a complex maths concept or simply how to respond to a question.
You’ll simply access Studiosity by logging in with your student log in details.
